Power Flex 70 Scaling

I am working on an application that is using a PowerFlex 70 drive
having an external encoder being used as the reference source. I have to be able to scale it somehow to match my speeds up but I am unable to find the parameters that are needed to be able to accomplish this. Anyone have an idea?
