Text Field and Buttons in ProTool

Hi;
When I configure a text field or a button on protool/pro, texts are not shown in protool/RT!!! and screens are shown without texts!!!
Do everybody know why?
will it be shown in TP-270-10" too?!! or on TP, it will be correct?!
