1746-NI16I problem - channel 7 not read actual value

Hi There,

I have a 1746-NI16I analogue card. (In the field device I have 5mA and in the channel scaling ladder it measures zero value. Just channel 7 is not work properly the other channels are well.

Please, attached is full description for this problem.

If anyone could help I would be most grateful.

Is the channel enabled? ( configuration setting) Post your code if you can.

Yes , the channel is enable (bit 15=1)

Is this a new install or has it been working then stopped? It could be wiring or a program issue. We can't see what you see or know what you know. Very hard to solve wiring problems over the internet, if you zip your .RSS file and post it here someone can take a look for code issues.

It is not new install, it was working properly then this problem happened, I checked the loop wiring, it is ok, the signal reads 5 mA, 25Vdc

Good news

I went to the O:1.7 bit 8 it was 1 , I changed to 0 and it works properly,

in HMI it read 3.9 Bar ,which is same actual value on the transmitter.

We did it again (solve problems).
