How to control SIPART PS 2 without PDM ??!!

Dear all,

would any one help me in that problem ? I want to control the ( SIPART PS 2 ) through -cpu313 2dp

i can't find manual explains the control words through profibus I have 1 PID 6 PIB 1 PQD 1 PQB

in fact all manuals i've found talks about PDM ,
Have i to use pdm?
or ther is another problem to control it with normal assingment ?

PDM isn't neccesary

Dear ABDELAAL,

PDM is only to parametrize the positiones SIPART PS2, you can do th same with the screen on the positioner.

I think that you only need to control it using PROFIBUS. In the chapter 11.3.3 you can find the significance.
