I want to order touch screen panelview plus ce, I am wondering if without keypad option, does panelview will pop up a number windows or a soft keyboard to let operator key in the number, like high alarm setpoint etc.

yes the touch version brings up a numeric keypad or qwerty like one for number or letter entry.
