HI All, I've got a Direct Locic DD-05DD with an F0-04AD-2 4 analog input module. Have a 0-10V current transducer connected to input 1 on the analog card. I've only been studying PLC programming for a week or so and havnt done any memory register manipulation yet. Woud someone ming giving me some pointers on how to program an analog device. Havnt been able to find much online. essentially all i want to do with it right now is print the actual current reading out of port2 as a text string.

Thanks in advance
Mike

Michael_MSN,

To get the data out of the module you need to have this rung of logic. You will also have to cycle the power on the plc.

You need to get this working first. Then you can tackle the comm port.

Here is the analog manual online
