Viewing data with gx iec developer

hi all,
I have just got started with iex developer and I want to view the status of multiple data words at the same time. I also want to change the viewed data. I have been doing this in medoc up to now. The plc is a mitsubishi a2as

If I remember correctly it's Online then force/monitor variables or something like that, have not got GX on this pc but it's in the online tab on the menu bar you enter the variables you want to change
