Logix 5561&Logix 5555

At my workplace i have various PLC's(SLC 5/04,SLC 5/03 etc), i have 2 PLC's processors Logix 5561 and Logix 5555.

I remember last year an outside technician was adding ladder programs to the Logix 5561 processor with the RSlogix 500 software.

Can i use the RSlogix 500 software to run the Logix 5561 and Logix 5555 processors or do i need the RSlogix 5000 software to run these processors?

I'd bet the rent that your memory is faulty ... RSLogix500 cannot be used for the ControlLogix platform ...

RSLogix5000 is the only way to program these ...
