good day every one
i like to know the required cables
to do programming for panelview1000(711-K10G16 PV1000 Gray Key)
also the cable need to connect it to the plc (slc5/04)
also can i do these cables by my self?

Straight thru cable to program it and the same cable to connect it to your SLC5/04's serial port.

i think that the destance well be more than the 15.0m
for this panel what other communincation methods i could use , if any cabels required kindly advice

How far over the stated 15m are you?
I have run RS232 cable to 150ft ( 45m) without problems. Use good shielded cable in conduit. ( pushing the limits,I know)
RS232 extenders, line drivers, short haul modems will work also.
Black Box would be one source for these. (see link)

Another option (costly) would be to change your PV to one that supports DH485 (4000ft) or DH+(10000ft)

Glad to hear its working.
I have never used the print option so I'm not going to be much help on that . I'm sure someone who has will jump in to give you some help with that.
