Hi

Dell are selling of the D830's on their website here in the uk at sale prices. I have a contact who sells dells (with dell warranty direct etc) cheaper and he doesnt know for certain but reckons the D series may be not long for the production line, the newer ones have no real serial port...

If anyone want his info here in the UK then PM me as he will sell you a D830 (if he can get them) cheaper than buying direct from dell. I have bought 3 now (D820's last year) and have a direct 3yr warranty with dell on all of them, saved myself at least £200 on each one (inc the Vat).
