Installation of AB 1784-PKTX card with I/O server

I am using AB 1784-PKTX card for DH+ communication of SLC 5/04 and computer with wonderware SCADA (I/O Server). But the installation get conflicts with display card of my computer nad computer restart as soon as we configure. I am using Win 2000 OS with PCI slot for PKTX card. Please get me the solution for the same.
