Control Net Problem

I am having an issue with control net connection to a powerflex 700VC.

My drive icon in RSLOGIX 5000 interminitly shows the yellow exclamation mark and I get the following error "code 16#0204 connection request error: connection request timed out control net"

Sometimes this will cause a fault on the HIM module, sometimes it will just dissappear and continue..

Has anyone else experinced this?

Standard CNet Checks...

1. Has all Controlnet media integrity been checked?
2. All AB certified Controlnet media installed?
3. Center pin crimped on all ends of coax cable?
4. Using AB Y-taps or T-taps?
5. Terminating resistor: 1 at each end of trunk line? 2 total.
6. What is the CPU utilization % on the CNB?
7. How many devices on network and what are the RPI settings?
8. Controlnet scheduled with "Optimize and rewrite entire shedule"?

7. How many devices on network and what are the RPI settings? there are 2 other additional drives (same model) which dont have any problems
8. Controlnet scheduled with "Optimize and rewrite entire shedule"? Yes

it was a bad communication card
