If you are using Windows 7 you must login as the Administrator to do this. Which means you have to dig into how to turn on that user and set it up so that when it boots up it asks you who you wish to login as.
From the run/search type in "control userpasswords2" without the quotes to access this info.
I had the same issue when I first set it up. ENET, ENET-IP it just kept disappearing after I applied it.
Once I did this, my normal user could use the drivers.
