I don't deal with AD PLC's much. I have a DL06 that has power going to it but is dead as a doornail. Is there a fuse or anything internal to these that could blow, or is she toast.

Renove any connections to the 24 DC power out on the unit, any add-in cards, any communication cables and all input and output wires. Then re-test. If you get a good indication then add stuff back in one thing at a time.

Though if you've already done this then you are probably toast. There's no user replacable fuse inside.
