Pt100 in Moeller XC-CPU121

I use XC-CPU121+XIO-EXT121-1 with EasySoftCodesys 2.3.9.
Want to use Pt100 I/O (IW12).Read in manual about Direct I/O access - "ReadWordDirect" function but don't understand what is "ptr_wValue".
Please help me and if is posibile i want a little example about analog input with bit and word access.
