Siemen S5 program

Hi all,

I am to doing a crane retrofit project, i meeting some problem from understanding the Siemen S5 program. The PLC program is writing in German language. There are few logic block which i cannot understand, hope there are any expert online can help me, thanks

This manual gives a lot of details for S5. Your sketch shows timers.
