PLC Backup??

you can retrive all the backup by attaching the hard disk drive of damaged computer to the working one.
this may resolve ur issues

Well, you see there will be a problem. When you install RSLogix 5000 it writes to the registry files. You can pull your data files and probably even the lic off the old hd, but to install you will need the instllation software.

In other words, you may be able to recover the projects (ACD) but the software will have to be installed on a new computer from the distribution disks.
