rslogix5000 test mode

Hello,

I want to know how can a PLC go from the run state to the test mode state?

I have a Logix5000 controller and this controller was working properly on the run state and suddenly this plc went to the test mode state, and i don't understant why?

Yes, there was someone logged online on the PLC, as a matter of fact this person was editing some rung, and after he finished his modification the PLC went automatically to the test mode and i don't know why.

Because they made a mistake?
Hit the wrong selection in the Run/Prg/Test dropdown?

Programmed in an SSV to switch the controller state?

Point is, it was NOT just the controller deciding to go into test.
