Hi to All

I have a problem in simoreg dc drive,there is a fault code F067 convertor cooling fault as per fault diagonisis there are three things.
1.Heatsink temp> Impermissible heatsink temperature.i002 measured heatsink temperature (16384...100 degree centigrade),i003measured ADC value.
2.Heatsink temperature.
3.Convertor fan defective.
I have checked the heatsink temperature which is 34 cenitgrade degree,its temperature sensor and its cooling fan all there things are ok. One thing which I don't understand is that heatsink temperature > Impermissible heatsink temperature i002 measured heatsink temperature. Is there any parameter in which we mentioned the heatsink temp.
Please help me in this regard how to rectify this fault.

tell us more how it is sensing the heat sink temperature. The heat sink is OK at 34C but what is the sensor ie thermocouple or whatever telling the controller and is it telling the truth ie accurate?

I think the sensor is Thermistor but connection diagram it describe as R100

Rtd pt 100

An RTD -PT 100 should read around 130 ohms at room temperature 20 C
