I am using a SCADA program. I like to make png,ico pictures but I can't find a good program .

That program works only under 64 bits.

I am not sure where you got that idea. I use it on my 32 bit Windows XP Pro machine, and on my Windows Vista 64 bit laptop.

System Requirements
Minimum System

.NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (free download from Microsoft)
256 MB of RAM (Recommended: 512 MB or more)
1024 x 768 screen resolution
200+ MB hard drive space
64-bit mode requires a 64-bit CPU and a 64-bit edition of Windows

My guess is that it will run in 32-bit mode as default...
