pv+ where to find the password

hi i have a back up program for a m/c but we dont know the password where can i found the password on the main screen there is a log in button and there is a engineers button i hhave click on the button but i cant see where the password has been entered? any ideas
 
sorry it is a pv+ 600 i do have the program for the screen which the oem gave us, i just did not know the the log in so i thought there might be a way to find out by looking at the program in factory talk?
 
If you open it in factory talk you can reset the password and then download to the PV.
