National PC PL40M PLC program access?

I have a customer using an old National PC PL40M -III Control Unit PLC. I am in the process of retrofitting the controls, but I must first retrieve the program from this PLC. It has a Mitsubishi label, as well. Does anyone know where I can find a PC program and interface to extract the program?
