MP940 to Wonderware or Red Lion

Anyone done this across multiple Yaskawa MP940's using a 485 converter and the kepware driver? Was wondering whether to go this route or to stick a Red-Lion G3 on there? Anyone used a RedLion w/ MP940.

Lastly, has anyone tried to use a PCI Mechatrolink card instead with the MP940? If so, what driver? The only one I've found was an OPC server for Labview.
