PV 550 to PC Via RSLinx

I have PV550 #2711-T5A5L1 it has one RS232 port for communication. I am using AB Cable 2711-NC13 to comminicate to my PC. Settings in RS Linx are COM1/SLC-CHO/MICRO/PanelView/19200/00/NONE/BCC/1/FULL DUPLEX

Settings in my PV550 are 31/1/19200

With this set up I can not communicate between, is there something that I am missing?

Your PV has DH485 protocol. You will have to use the 1747-PIC/AIC+ driver in Rslinx. You need a real serial port to use this driver.
If you don't have a real serial port then a 1747-UIC ( USB to DH485 converter) will work or a memory card to load your program.
