LOOKING FOR HARDWARE FIITINGS,
For fitting an HMI on a machine (using a pipe, few bends, etc), and giving the user flexibility to,

Rotate the panel,
tilt it
fold it
extend it,
and perhaps even adjust its height,

I've attached an image to make it easier to understand.

Can someone please suggest where I can obtain such Fittings for such applications?

It is an enclosure company.
Google it and you'll find the site, then browse around and you'll come up with actual part numbers.
Another manufacturer is Rittal.
