Easun MJT 314 Relay Communicaion

Hello Guys
I am using "EASUN's MJT 314 Relay" in RS485 Modbus network
OUT of 26 Relay 21 are communicating other 5 meters are showing
" Modbus Exception Code 02 Returned" illegal data address.
and not showing.
Anyone values can anyone please tell me what is this fault?
How to rectify it?
and i need R,Y,B Phase fault bits and r respective Currents
at the time of fault which i am unable to decode the incoming data
& get desired ones?
