action on a bit in flexible?

Hi.

Is it possible to put an action on a bit in WinCC flexible 2007 without using it fx. with a button?
For example i would like to start a datalog when a bit in my PLC goes high, and stop the datalog when another bit goes high..

And i would also like to run a script when a bit goes high..

Hope somebody can help me.
