Automation license manager could not connect to server

when iwant to open any simense softwear this message so the program will not open also whill i click on license manager by this alarm , it was not open . What can i do?
 
The Automation License Manager service was not running.

Make sure it's set to run automatically.
This happens time to time, you then just need to manualy start the service.
 
Start > Control Panel > Adminstrative Tools > Services

OR

Start > Run > enter: services.msc

In the Services Screen, look for Automation License Manager Service. Right click on it and select Start
