OLD AB PLC, 1747-L40C (well old to me, young to others)

I have a customer that has (well had) a 1747-L40C, and drop the machine off the truck... it did not like the fall

So they have a paper print out of the program that I am going to type in and they want to go back with the SAME (not broken) CPU and I was wondering if anyone could tell me what is the difference from the L40A B and C and I also think they have an L??

They do not want to upgrade as it was a contractor that dropped it and is now paying for the replacement, so just doing what the customer has asked for....

I could not find anything or not much on AB but I think it may be due to the age?

BTW I found that manual by searching for "SLC fixed hardware style" in the google search bar at ab.com in the upper right corner of their home page. Sometimes I have better luck there than in the literature library, especially for obsolete stuff.
