Servomotor not visible in the drive-cliq topology

Hy, we have a sinamics s120 double motor module connected to two 1fk7 servomotors. One of the servomotors is not visible in the drive-cliq topology. We changed cables & connectors & servomotor: same result. The servomotor is working fine on another module. Could this be a drive-cliq problem inside the module (loose, defect, …) ? Has anyone encountered such problem before? How can we check a drive-cliq port if it is ok?
