Hmi os update

I have the hmi ktp1000 dp color.
It has os v1.06.
But in my wincc flexible theimage files for os update is upto v1.04.

Now i want to download the image file for v1.06.
I am not able to download.
Can u please help me.

Which version of WinccFlexible r u using.

Check the version

check this i have found in WinccFlexble 2008 SP2

i am using WinCC flexible SP1.
I know it is available in SP2.

but I want to know that whether it is possible to download the image file in SP1.

I am not able to update by using the os update of SP2.

if u dont have in SP1 u have to use Sp2

but is there any other option ?
means if i wanna use SP1 only and if I can load the image file of the same.........
