s7-200 to s-7 1200 conversion

Dear All Experts,

I have a system in S7 200 which i need to change in S7 1200 new PLC

Please help me to do the needful

1. Can i directly swap the progeamme from s7 200 to s7 1200
2. do i need any thing more hardware or software

In the 1200 software they have a program conversion tool... I have used it twice, once was good the other needed a lot of work after the conversion, you should make the program first before you make the change
