Can I transfer partial program while Omron CJ1G-H CPU45 is online and doesnt change mode to stop?

Don't have CX-one here but try to test i with cx-simulator.

You are able to use online edit to edit several networks while the PLC continues to run in monitor mode.

The amount that can be edited is limited in size.

You can add new networks to existing sections as part of online edit.
