Touch Panel PC Recomendations

I am looking for recomendations on Touch Panel PC's. I am in the process of specifying a new HMI interface (hardware wise) and would like to maybe get away from buying a seperate PC and montior. I am not sure if it is cost effective or not yet.

Any thoughts?
