G3 to G3 Modbus Communication

I need to link two G303 HMIs using RS485 Modbus.

The Master G303 HMI has no problem sending (forwarding) data to the Slave G303. But does not seem able to read data back from the Slave HMI.

Do the Frame Register Limits need changing from their default values, or something?

I am sure it is something very simple, but I cant see what it is, and I am under alot of pressure, as I am onsite with the customer, and it needs to work a.s.a.p.o_O

I am using the latest version of Crimson 2 software.

Any suggesstions?
