90-30 electrical issues

I'm constantly having to change modules after power outages/surges. Usually it's a 442 module failure, but often HE693RLY110 cards seem to get overloaded and fail. I've tried installing a surge protector (Office grade rather than industrial) and this hasn't helped. Any advice?
