Save Trend RSLogix

Hello,

I am trying to save the data from my trend in RSLogix (in .CSV format). My probleme is that it won't save all the data that I see on my trend. The elapse time on my trend is 2 days, but when I click Log -> select .CSV -> Select the 13th as Start Time -> Save, it only has 3 hours of data.

I think you have to take a snapshot of each and every screen from which you want to save the data, then you could re-combine them with excel I suppose.

hmm sadly, my program doesn't seem to be able to create snapshots. I always have the «Failed to create the snapshot file» message...
