Siemens ET 200S I/O

Using the ET 200S Blackplane
with a PM-E ST 6ES&138-4CA01-0AA0 power supply Module
followed by six 6ES7131-4BF00-0AA0 input modules
and one 6ES7132-4BF00-0AA0 output module
I do not think I can do this DO module on the same buss
do I need to install another 6ES&138-4CA01-0AA0 module
before adding the DO module.

You should select the 2. option "Simatic Selection Tool". Download and launch it. In there you'll find an ET200S configurator, that may help you .
