"All" VFD makes have units with torque control option - talk to your favorite vendor.

And why don't you tell more about the motor? Didn't you catch the points from the replies in your previous thread?

All VFD's have parameter where you can adjust the speed & torque of the motor. Did you have a make of VFD in mind? All good manufacturers of control equipment have very good VFD's including Mitsubishi, Omron, Allen Bradley. You can normally access the manuals from their websites.
