RSView 32 - Pop-up screen for motors

Hello,
I need to create a pop-up screen (faceplate) for motors in RSView 32 Version 7.50, which includes start/stop push buttons, motor status, and motor speed. I am using RSLogix 5000 Version 17. Can anybody explain how to do it?
