Well, the Mitsubishi 4M4 series is diesel, and the 4G series is gasoline. Right off the bat, that seems to be a problem.

You need to install a Siemens S71200 PLC or AB 830 series
Ask this site how to fit it
We will then assist you with the complex programming required.
when finished the programming ---
you will either be able to control an elevator or traffic light set.
Not to mention the FlipFlops
