I have a peculiar issue with serial communications from a Gutor UPS.
1. The UPS is connected via serial interface to a M340 Modicon PLC
2. when alarms are simulated the PLC receives the input from the UPS but will not update when the alarm condition is returned to normal
3. the only way the alarms are updated or cleared is if the PLC is reset (hard reset)
Had anyone else had this experience?
