Having a problem with establishing a connection with simantic S7 cpu which is loop through a profibus cable to the slave. Please help?
 
I think you need to give more information.

Is the network: 1 plc - 1 slave?

Has the connector of the plc only one cable? If so: check if the cable goes into the correct entry-point.

Is the terminating resistor active of not?
