How are they able to reset the drive? No moving blame but has the drive been checked for issues? I had a supervisor that told me my plc was wrong, the logic was faulty, and i needed to fix the logic because a large pump started going down on "Low Flow"(an alarm programmed in the plc). Turns out that the (then) recent thunderstorm damaged the control board in the drive and it was faulting out. The PLC then saw the rate go low and alarmed off of it. Drives are sometimes the cause and not a symptom...
