I have a micro1500 with a c600 panelview plugged in to the processor any thoughts on how to monitor plc with panelview plugged in.

Are you talking about..
1) Monitoring the rungs of the ladder logic with a Panelview
2) Monitoring the processor status on the panelview or
3) being able to connect a laptop to the panelview to monitor the ladder logic using the same port the Panelview is plugged into?

Swap the ML1500 for one that has two ports. Or Maybe a port splitter. See PDF below.
