OT hinged window door kit

I am looking for a Hinged window door kit for a panel. I see many of them from the major manufacturers for 10 X 10 inch on up. I am looking for approx 6 in X 5 In. I can also find a bunch of the Window kits that small, but not hinged.

I looked at the Rittal Website. If its in there, I can't find one. I want to put a G306 outside. But, they are only rated for 32Deg F. So, if I put a hinged window in the panel, I will heat the 24 X 24 panel and they will only open the hinged window if they need to change screens.
