Draggable trend line on a draggable window in FT Optix

Hello. I am rebuilding an HMI from 2003 with the new software Factory Talk Optix. I have a pop up box with a trendline on it. I want the ability to navigate the trend with the mouse. If the window is static this works fine, but if the window is draggable that overrides the movement of the trend. Anyone have any idea how to get around this?
