panelview

I am having an issue with panelviews. I existing panelviews up and running, the issue is I cant get them to communicate so I can download the app to my laptop. I think the running app was downloaded to the panel view with the comm port set as a printer port. Is there any way I can change that so I can get access to these apps? Thanks

Your PV supports DH485 protocol. The printer port (RS232 port) is fixed at printer use only, it cannot be changed.
The best way to upload/download a program is to use a memory card.

Or get a 1747-UIC ( USB to DH485 converter) and upload/download thru the DH485 port.
