PLEASE HELP! using masked equal LOGIXPRO simulator

That instruction works fine in a ControlLogix and an SLC.
I will assume that it works OK in LogixPro. So here's some suggestions.
1. Is the simulation PLC running ?
2. What happens when T4:0 is done - does it reset itself and times again/ - if so the .DN bit will only be true for 1 scan.
