CPU Fault Indication In 5/01 PLC

I am getting blinking indication of CPU Fault in my Allen Bradley 5/01 PLC, it is having EEPROM & now the HMI is not communicating with PLC so its hard to transfer the program from EEPROM to CPU memory(Commn Error Getting on HMI).
Kindly assist what would be the possible faults.
